TQ Series One-Component Thermally Conductive Gel

TQ Series is a one-component thermally conductive gel, a silicone-oil-based thermal interface grease compound in paste form. It fills the gaps between heat-generating components and heat sinks. It can be dispensed by automatic dispensing systems. It efficiently transfers heat from heat sources to heat dissipation components.
