TP Series Thermal Pad

TP Series thermal pads are cross-linked composite made of polymer silicone resin filled with ceramic thermally conductive fillers. They feature good elasticity and deformation capacity to accommodate mechanical design tolerances. Available as single-sided or double-sided self-adhesive silicone, the tackiness is permanent. Installed between heat-generating components and heat sinks / metal housings, they fill interface gaps, lower thermal resistance, improve heat transfer and extend the service life of heat-generating parts.
