Product Description
24050 is a substrate-free hot melt adhesive film based on a low-softening-point resin. It exhibits no tack at room temperature and requires thermal lamination at 70°C prior to application, followed by heat and pressure bonding within a specified time window to complete adhesion.
Once cured, 24050 delivers high bond strength, excellent thermal stability, and outstanding chemical resistance.
Suitable for bonding heat-resistant materials including metals, glass, plastics, wood, and fabrics.

Surface preparation: Remove oil, moisture, dust, and other contaminants from substrates prior to bonding.
1. Pre-pressing: 24050 requires a pre-pressing process. Recommended pre-press temperature: 60–90°C.
2. Bonding: Bonding temperature, pressure, and time depend on the specific application conditions. The following parameters serve as general curing guidance:
